The Town Mayor of Wootton Bassett, Cllr Paul Heaphy hands over the flag to the Chairman of Brize norton Parish Council Cllr Keith Glazier and the Deputy Mayor of Carterton Cllr Adrian Coomber. A ceremony, attended by British Prime Minister David Cameron, takes place at The Memorial Garden at Norton Way in Carterton, Oxfordshire today (01 Sept 2011). The Garden will become the focal point during the repatriation of UK service personnel from RAF Brize Norton.
